5000Central is the first installment by Southpaw from her instrumental works entitled beats by area code. In 5000Central she focuses on the natural textures from her home town which were recorded all over the CBD of Adelaide then layering with her usual off beat percussion and rich chords.

This is really just to pay thanks to my hometown. Growing up in a small part of Australia was secluding yet taught me to appreciate being creative and thinking up ways to entertain myself as well as just growing a huge appreciation to nature, meditation and taking time to soak up life in the moment.
